Written by http://cars.grandprix.com.au/

FORMULA ONE. NEW TEAMS, NEW DRIVERS, NEW ATTITUDE.

March 30 - April 2

The stage is set. Michael Schumacher wants his title back, but Fernando Alonso won’t give it up without a fight. Aussie Mark Webber will be out to prove he’s the real thing, but so will Massa, Barrichello and Heidfeld – just three of the drivers who have changed teams.

A host of new F1 teams will be going flat out to make their mark, including a stand-alone BMW team, Midland and Squadra Toro Rosso. With the rules changed to again allow tyre changes during the race, the drivers will be able to push their cars to the limit. And with new engine rules also in place, the whole world will be watching to see who makes the most of the new conditions.

Phew! The heat is on for the hottest F1 battle to hit Melbourne.
